A reminder that from Thursday 1st September Cheshire Police's Public Helpdesk services are changing.
Locations providing Helpdesk services will be Blacon, Crewe, Macclesfield, Warrington and Widnes, with opening hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.
The changes come as part of programme of improvements to how the public can contact police in Cheshire, with resources significantly boosted in our Force Control Centre – as we know that phone and email is the preferred method of contact for most of you.
It will help us answer calls more quickly, deploy officers more quickly, and generally provide a better service overall.
