Progress on the Lache Action Plan can now be followed online.
The new webpages, included within the Council’s Chester regeneration pages, make the information much more accessible, and complement the regular e-newsletters sent to local subscribers with Action Plan updates and the information displayed on the notice board at the Community centre.
The easy-to-access webpage includes up-to-date details on each of the four Action Plan projects and how to be involved with their development or attend local meetings. The website can be found at: www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/regeneration-of-west-cheshire/chester-regeneration/lache-action-plan
Councillor Nathan Pardoe, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Economy, Regeneration and Digital Transformation said:
“The Council is leading on regeneration projects in Lache which will make it an even better place to live. It’s important that residents can access clear and up to date information about these projects, which is why the Council has added a dedicated section about all things Lache to its regeneration webpages.
“Next month, work will start on Lache Park on Sycamore Drive to improve the play equipment for local children, and we continue to work on plans to improve the community centre, the Backies and how the area can be made safer for walking and cycling. For regular updates and to find out key dates, please sign-up to the e-newsletter or visit the Lache regeneration webpage.”
